Our condo had contacted several local contractors, the northshore estimate was the most reasonable, and they already had an efficient process for working on our difficult street. There were issues with historical repairs and materials (our brick was being reused), ground level, etc. Northshore quickly analyzed the situation, best options, and took action in creative and professional ways. Communication was frequent and informative. Never had to chase anyone down for a status or ask where the workers are today - so refreshing! Below is the finished pool with rainbow overhead❤️"

"Keith and his staff at North Shore Pool were beyond amazing and unbelievably professional throughout the entire pool construction process. My situation was especially complex considering our build was under a strict timeline considering we were attempting to expedite construction based on a move from out of state, move-in date of our new home, the birth of our son, and all before the change of season. We presented North Shore Pool a narrow time window to complete the construction and they fulfilled every desire. Their staff worked with me and held our hand through the entire design, material selection, and finance process. The amount of hours that were dedicated to the sale and design before final loan funding was approved and secured just goes to show that they put the customer first as top priority and that they are not just in the business for the money. Now let's get down to the brass tax, the final product is what anyone reading reviews want to hear about. Pricing was as fair as it possibly gets and the end results were of top tier quality. I ended up with the pool and spa of my our dreams with a beautiful travertine deck and top quality plater at the most competitive price anywhere. I even made changes to the design during each respective phase of construction and Keith was more than happy to accommodate in order to ensure customer satisfaction. After the initial dig and laying gunite... i inquired about run-off drainage for the pool deck and their staff designed a channel drain system to carry the water off the deck and away from the foundation of my home, to my surprise Keith was able to incorporate this into the design and final product for no additional cost even though this was a negotiation that came up well after the contract statement/scope of work was agreed upon. Come to find out, the small things that were incorporated into my build were additional features that most builder would skimp on just to pocket the money and increase their margins. I can speak highly enough of Keith and his crew. Their professionalism, quality of craftsmanship, and grade of materials are truly second to none. Just good stand up people who know how to conduct business the right way."
